Bobkova Elena Mikhailovna, Doctor of Sociology, a director of the Institute of Public Administration, Law and Social Sciences and Humanities of the Pridnestrovian State University named after T.G. Shevchenko. She is the author of more than 100 scientific publications, a developer of the “Roadmap for sustainable development of Pridnestrovie in conditions of non-recognition”. Technologies suggested by Bobkova E.M. can serve as a basis for making decisions related to the settlement of the Moldovan-Pridnestrovian conflict, preventing its escalation, as well as using it to predict socio-political consequences, help overcome the crisis in the sphere of national relations. The author's approach, based on the synthesis of synergistic, conflictological and camparativist approaches, allows us to consider the studied social reality as a dynamic, self-organizing and self-developing system based on the principles of integrity, solidarity and conventionality. Understanding the connection between conventionality and stability serves as a methodological basis for creating general sociological theories and philosophical concepts of the linear and cyclic movement of social reality from the past through the present to the future. Correction through the prism of sociological knowledge of such concepts as conventionality, development, integrity, well-being and others, as part of the study of politically unrecognized social space, made it possible to deeply and fully study the resource potential of the socially conventional mechanism of social stability in the conditions of non-recognition as a value-semantic construct of a personality as an integrative personal quality that influences the nature and dynamics of professional activity, as well as its results.
